The service was satisfactory.

Very satisfied with the Skoda station wagon, automatic diesel model. The car was very new, in excellent condition, fuel-efficient, and had plenty of space for luggage. The process of picking up and returning the car was smooth.

Helpful staff at the counter Easy to find Only remark, it's not very clear you have to take your token number for queing. There's a totem in between two counters which is not clear at a first sight that is there for the number pick up.

No dropping price Easy to book

Once we’d found the desk there was no queue and we were served immediately. However!! When we dropped the car off we were told we had parked in the wrong place even though it was a Sicily by Car (no. 44) space and we were told to move it to next to the office. We needed to catch our flight and found this unreasonable!! So we left the keys and walked away. Slightly unnecessary demand from the staff member.
