Excellent smooth experience1

Overall satisfied, efficient service.

The service was just average, nothing particularly good or bad, just adequate.

The staff informed us that they don't even have the Suburban model and gave us a rather old Conqueror. They said if we want to change cars we have to call and check ourselves, and only if there are available cars can we switch. They won't notify us as soon as a car becomes available.

Very good, both the vehicle condition and service quality were excellent

Fix the GPS, refund for its use would be appreciated
