Great service but employees overwhelmed with customers Pick up location hard to find and secluded.

It took over an hour to complete the paperwork. Terrible service. I booked an SUV but got a station wagon instead. If I had known, I would have booked the station wagon from the start, since it's cheaper. They charged £120 for a second driver. When I wanted to cancel, they told me it was fine and that I would get a refund, but I never received it.

There were only three groups of customers ahead of me, but I waited for over 30 minutes. One was due to a computer error by the rental company that tried to add insurance to the customer's bill. The other two groups couldn't communicate well due to language barriers. Another reason was that selling insurance took a long time. By the time it was my turn, I had lost my patience and didn't check the terms carefully.

I like that they excepted my annual rental car insurance plan without guestion and without trying to sell me more!

car is cheap; but car is in poor condition. one tyre slow leaking, one mirror case missing.

The car was good but unacceptable wait at collection of nearly 2 hours. This was the case for lots of other customers too.
