Not recommended! Bad experience.

Car was alright! Worth a try!

They had no car for us! And other people were dismissed as well due to shortage of cars!

受付が1人しかおらず、スムーズに受付をして頂くことができませんでした。 また、車種をルノーのコンパクトカーで予約したのですが、日産のセダンで運転しづらかったです。 それに加えて、車内・車外清掃が十分ではなく、良い気持ちでドライブを出来ませんでした。 海外なので、仕方がないかもしれませんが 次回予約する場合は、budget等大手のレンタカー会社を利用したいと思います。

This is my first experience posting negative feedback for any business - so it was bad! The woman at the service counter needs some support in her job. People were lined up for service & she appeared stressed & miserable. Her communication was rude & abrupt. At one point she kicked us all out of the office so she could take a short break. She insulted me in front of a line of people waiting, announcing that I couldn't afford to pay when the issue was that I held cash & not a credit card. I was alone in a strange city with 2 children in tow. She upset me a lot. There was nothing easy about dealing with this company.

Like: Good comfortable car and reasonably priced to hire. Pick up and drop off locations were convenient and the process was easy. The shuttle to the airport was appreciated.
Dislike: Car wasn’t cleaned properly. We found random chips and mentos throughout the car.
