Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

“Very confusing when going through the car rental expereince at the counter.”

Had to go back and revise my contract for I had requested no insurance coverage but it was included in my final contract. Same for roadside assistance. Misunderstood the counter agent on what was being offered. Had to contact them and have it dropped for I did not want this service once I had signed for the rental.

“The long wait took time away from our vacation. They need to hire more help!!”

The line to receive our car was ridiculous! And then when we did get to the counter they didn't have a car available for us so we had to wait another 40 minutes. The car had a nasty smell on the inside of it and did not smell fresh and clean.

I got a great deal for a 10-day car rental! My little Mitsubishi Mirage was perfect for what I needed! Very economical! My biggest problem was actually finding the EZ/Advantage counter, but that might have something to do with where the shuttle dropped us off and the lack of proper signage.
