The location at Toronto Airport where the Routes shuttle pick up is was very difficult to find, better signage would have helped. Excellent value for money, the car was beautiful.Excellent customer service from the shuttle driver and the receptionist at Routes.

Initial millage was 1750km per day but they reduced it to 1700km for three days which I wasn't happy about.

There was one issue. Instead of "special SUV" Jeep Wrangler, I was given Nissan Rogue, which is mid SUV category. The staff at the counter insisted that Nissan Rogue and Jeep Wrangler are in the same category which is not true because even on their site Wrangler costs more than Rogue. Anyways, they didn't have Wrangler available and I took Rogue. The car was great, but still I would prefer to get what I booked - Jeep Wrangler.

Like: We were anxious to come to a new city and not know where we were going to; the GPS made the trip effortless and pleasurable. We were able to enjoy exploring different areas of Toronto, Cambridge and Kitchener to mention a few places...feeling confident and comfortable at all times. Staff was helpful and cheerful at all times.
