Routes se trouve à 15 minutes de l'aéroport et n'est pas facile à trouver à l'arrivée si l'on y va en voiture, mais la navette que Routes propose pour se rendre à l'aéroport est fluide et efficace.

J'ai dû modifier les dates de la location de mon véhicule et j'ai trouvé le processus d'annulation et de relocation compliqué. De ce fait, j'ai dû faire appel à l'aide téléphonique de Easyrentcars. Cette aide fut très efficace et rapide.

There were only 2 people at the counter. They were on the phone constantly so not focused on customers in front of them. There were 2 people in front of me in line and it took at least 45 minutes to be served. Once we drove off the lot the flat tire sensor came on so we had to go back and get a different car. People returning cars had to stand in the same line as checkout.

I faced some difficulties to add the full insurance to the car contract as the stuff refused to add it in the first time.
