Professional staff, quickly facilitated signing and payment

The service was excellent. They upgraded me to an Outback for free because the car I booked was unavailable. Initially, they asked if I wanted to pay for an upgrade, but after I declined, they reluctantly did it for free, haha. Luckily, they didn't try to sell me insurance since they saw I was using QEEQ, which already included insurance.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport directly to the rental location, and the process is very quick. There are staff guiding you in the parking lot, making it very easy to find the car. Even during the early morning return, there were staff on duty who were very enthusiastic, making the return process smooth. Great service!

They were not familiar with the vehicle insurance; they told me it was covered when my car got damaged, but in reality, it wasn’t covered.
