This is the third time renting from this company. I arrived at 4 a.m., called them, and someone came right away to complete the paperwork. Picked up the car from the parking lot across the street, and for returning, I just went to the arrival level to find a staff member. Even though there was a language barrier, there were no issues and the process was very fast.

Upon exiting the airport, I saw a row of rental counters, just as QEEQ had informed us in advance, so it was easy to find National. The procedure was very quick.

Finding the drop off location was a bit of a hassle. Also even though there were three cars present for drop off the staff from National was absent

Counter staff were good, unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes outside terminal for staff member to take me to car. Drop off pick up guy was a little late because of language barrier they went to domestic terminal not international, wait 18 minutes. Still waiting for credit card holding to be returned?

No problems with booking platform.

The service at National was good. No issues there. Quick check-in, then waited just a while to be brought to the carpark to inspect and pick up the car. The car was just alright. It was a bit scratched up and was a 1.2L so it was tough getting up some of the hills in Phuket. I had rented cars in Phuket before and it seems that the local agencies had newer cars.

Easy comparison for car rentals, resulting in great value. Also, the car insurance costs are reasonable too.
