Car smelled like weed, windshield wipes need replacement, car was dirty inside and out, brakes where bad, car made very loud noise when you turn, and charged extra $10 a day for toll road...WE NEVER SEEN ANY TOLL ROADS AND WE DROVE FROM PALMDALE ALL OVER LA, BEACHES, HOLLYWOOD, BEVERLY HILLS...WASTE OF MONEY !!

The car was not washed when picked up and only had 1/2 tank of fuel. The total cost was also $9,00 higher than my reservation. The counter staff explained it as an additional tax. My reservation stated it was total cost including those taxes.

Please vet the Car Rental Agency before putting on the website. The Car Rental Agency that I ended with had no idea about my reservation, were clueless about the pick-up location. One of the Allstates customer reps suggested me to take the airport shuttle to La Quinta Hotel and then take an Uber to reach the Pick-up Location. Completely disgusted and disappointed. Won't be using this agency and website ever again.
