I booked a 2023 Toyota Camry (Standard/Mid-Size), but was actually given a Kia K4 (Compact). Initially, the staff said there were no Camrys available and tried to offer an old Subaru small SUV, which couldn't fit two suitcases. Only then did they switch to the Kia K4. The vehicle provided did not meet the expected model.

The car was in good condition, the process was simple, and the price was fair.

Car was very good.Ace staff were helpful. However their depots are not easy to find and quite some distance from the airport. The car was returned 5 days early because of the Corona virus and Ace was unable to provide a refund for unused days.

We have not received a refund for the 5 days that the car was not used. We head no option but to return early as we had been advised to fly home to New Zealand. Could you please look into this!

Everything was perfect except the phone didn’t answer. The recorded message said we had to stay on the line to arrange pickup, but then on all 3 phone numbers we were put through to a message bank and there was a message “the message bank of (number) is full. Please try again later. Not only us but two other renters did the same. There was a lot of anxiety and stress which was unnecessary even though the shuttle came within about 15 mins.
