Very satisfied

An excellent car rental company with great service. They helped us retrieve forgotten items twice, once even having someone drive the car back to deliver the items. Overall, very good experience, and I will choose this company again next time.

After 3 weeks into the 11 week hire the vehicle dashboard stated "Maintenance required, return to dealer" I called budget who advised me "take the vehicle to an international airport and exchange " My time and expense I exchanged at Utah International, Budget didn't have an equivalent so they sent me to Avis , they tried to give me a smaller vehicle but I insisted on the same (Rav4) which they eventually found . My visa credit card was immediately charged . Due to unforseen circumstances I had to return home 3 weeks earlier , I informed the Budget office of this , the date an time so they would be expecting me . I returned the vehicle and got a invoice for over $10,000 triple my original quote and I'd already paid more than half already . It took several phone calls and 3 weeks ( different answers each time ) to eventually get this sorted , albeit over £300 more than the original quote , no apology for the inconvenience of exchanging and conflicting advice to change . Not a happy customer .

The car was excellent value for money, in great condition and economical, very happy with the vehicle provided.
