Excellent experience in Zagreb.

Mediocre!

It might be the off-season. We got a T-ROC, which has more space. Paid a €69 cross-border fee, and had no issues traveling to Montenegro and Bosnia.

This was the worst car rental experience I've had abroad. Hidden charges were involved: upon entering the store, I was charged €35, and another €30 when returning the car. I mentioned the fuel wasn't full when renting, and the staff told me to take a photo, but later they refused to acknowledge it and forced me to pay €30. We were in a hurry to catch our flight, so we had no choice. Poor service overall.

This rental company is very professional and patient. Even though our flight was delayed, they drove to the airport to personally pick us up and take us to get the car!

The car wasn't new, but in good condition. No problems in my trip. Air condition was effective. The service of green motion was very kind and helpful. I drop off the car very late, before 10 p.m.

It is good booking platform. I recived all informations I need.
