the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

The line to receive our car was ridiculous! And then when we did get to the counter they didn't have a car available for us so we had to wait another 40 minutes. The car had a nasty smell on the inside of it and did not smell fresh and clean.

“Simple is Great”

About Advantage: 8.2 /10

Like: The vehicle that I received was one that I like and it only had 12,000 miles. As a mid-size it had lots of tech bells and whistles, but didn't have an onboard GPS and console map display. Friendly staff that made it simple.
Dislike: Nothing you can really do about the location of the rental car pickup. It was OK but not really close to the airport.

I would rent from them again.
