Met expectations and nothing more

They need more help,at the counter. No one should have to wait 60 minutes. The counter help was slow and we were paid in full. Not sure if I would use them again

They were super great!! They were very busy so the wait time was really long to get my vehicle but other than that no complaints. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Booking was very fast and easy to navigate. I recommend downloading the app so you can use the E-Voucher at the pickup counter.

Overall a decent experience. The car served my needs. The thing I hated the most was that I had to pay a Security Deposit when I arrived, after I had already paid for the rental before I got there, and I also purchased the extra car insurance. I did not think that was fair. Plus that extra step cuts into the waiting time which was too long as well.

Long wait to get the car at the rental counter. System or employee taking too long. Employee not friendly. Car needed new wiper blades as it was hard to see in the rain in Seattle. And it rains almost daily there. Kinda of a safety hazard.
