Very disappointed when I received the damage bill.

It took a while to pick up the car but there was two of us picking up cars so that’s probably why. Connor who organised our cars was excellent! I’ve never got the extra insurance before when hiring a car but he explained the benefits really well which encouraged us to pay the extra. However it did mean that the daily rate was comparable to other companies and Enterprise weren’t the bargain we initially thought. Connor was friendly and personable. He explained the wear and tear conditions of the hire really well which I don’t think I’ve ever really understood before. Excellent customer service! And they upgraded us to an automatic which was much appreciated.

Satisfied, just didn't initially receive the rental agreement, but it was provided later.

There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

We are happy with the Qeeg booking, and the fact it was a good price.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Had a short wait for car to be cleaned but worth it. Would definitely use them again.

Easy to use and just enough emails sent without being overwhelmed with useless information.
