The counter agents were so friendly, they helped me upgrade the vehicle so all my bags can fit in. I am super satisfied with this rental.

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

Worked as expected.

Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.
