Staff is really helpful. They upgrade me and help me in a difficult moment

いわゆるレンタカー会社集まったビルとは別のところにあるのが、少々わかりづらかった。でも車はいい状態だし、スタッフも良好。空港へのシャトルが多少時間かかるので、余裕を持っての利用を。

The shuttle told awhile for pick up. And it took a while to pick up my rental car due to low staff

Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.
