I will keep renting from Hertz ! First time but it was awesome

The waiting time in line was very long, but the service was quite good. You need to allocate plenty of time for waiting. The car was upgraded to a GMC SUV, which was great. It was my first time in the U.S. and I couldn't speak English at all, but it was okay. QEEQ provided some customer service throughout the process, which was helpful. Not bad overall, I'll rent from here again next time.

Counter staff were superb, friendly and helpful. Offered a larger vehicle at a reasonable rate. As the vehicle had just arrived, they offered the opportunity to wait or revert to the original. They then rushed cleaned it to help us get away.

There was only one agent at the counter with a line of about 15 people. He was doing his best, but the Hertz people should have anticipated the high volume of arrivals coming in. All the other car rentals had at least two people serving customers and they expedited their rentals very fast. After close to an hour standing in line, they finally got another agent to help out. Needless to say, I arrived at my final destination at 2:30 am instead of 1:30 am as planned. Other than check in, everything else was great. Return was very fast.

Rate was higher at the counter. However, the manager gave me the rate that Easy Rent Cars quoted.
