When returning the car, I drove to the designated spot where a white guy scanned the rental code, checked the gas and mileage, printed a receipt from his device, and everything was done in just 3 minutes. Quick and easy.

I have rented cars multiple times and have always been very satisfied.

Automatically adding 24-hour roadside assistance and not requiring refueling when picking up the car is not fair.
