The counter asked for a translated driver's license, typically required for international tourists. However, self-service car pickup was available at the machine. Last year, I had to fill out a complex form, but this time self-service pickup was completed in less than three minutes! Alamo retained my previous information.

The location is convenient, right inside Orlando Airport. However, I was sold a $44 insurance product because the domestic insurance would require claiming after returning to the home country and the Alamo staff mentioned a deductible amount. To avoid any hassle, I bought the additional insurance. I recommend clearly stating this information in prominent locations in the future. Additionally, the $24 deposit refund was processed slowly.

At the store, they mainly tried to sell me insurance, and there was some attitude after I refused. Additionally, they charged me for a full tank of gas at the time of return (even though it was supposed to be returned full) and claimed it was included in the prepaid contract. However, they still directly charged my credit card. In hindsight, I should have refilled it before returning, but the gas cost they charged was as if the tank was completely empty. So, don't believe them if they say gas costs more near the return location.

The car was better than expected plenty of room and a great drive
