“I would rent again”

I booked it at 3am on a Saturday to have my car picked up on Sunday with payment paid in full online. By the time I got to the pick up, they said they never received the booking. So they did not have the model of car I reserved for me. Furthermore, because they did not receive the booking from Avis/ EasyRentCars, they had me paying again and refunding me when I drop off which I did. But they couldn't refund it on my card, and I had to go back in to reconfirm that the transaction of payment was cancelled. Overall, service was good. Just that when I was picking up, the lady wasn't super nice about it despite I had all my document proofing my booking. She told me to talk to Avis myself. It was frustrating.
