It was raining heavily on the day we went, so there was no queue and picking up the car was quick. However, the sales pitch was quite frequent—they recommended upgrading to an SUV and offered various types of insurance like lost keys and traffic ticket coverage, which seemed odd. I booked a Mazda 3 or a similar class, but ended up with a Kia Forte. The car's condition was decent and had no issues.

The queue was too long, but everything else was fine. They didn't upgrade me as promised, but I got an automatic upgrade in the end.

I reserved a Toyota Corolla but was given a Nissan instead. There was also an issue with the tires, so I couldn't drive the car back to the return point and got charged a large fee.
