The staff was incredibly patient, used translation software to communicate with me, and even upgraded me to a hybrid car, which is fuel-efficient.

Not many people, quick process

This was the worst car rental experience ever. When picking up the car, I was given a confirmation sheet with many scratches not marked. Luckily, I checked it, otherwise I would have been held responsible when returning the car. Upon returning, they claimed there were scratches on the mirror, downward and very tiny, definitely not caused by driving. I didn't have any collisions while driving, yet they demanded compensation. I've never encountered this in North America.
