Great Experience !!!!!

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

The staff were friendly and courteous. The car was damaged and had noted damage stickers ALL over the vehicle which was embarrassing when the vehicle was parked to think people might have thought we were bad drivers. The vehicle itself was dirty with crushed biscuits and cheese in the back.

My only minor criticism was that I didn’t receive the car that I ordered. Otherwise, the experience was great and I will use them again.

Like: I thought I was gonna be charged additional costs in renting the car. I was dubious with these sort of online bookings, to the extent that I booked with another company for another road trip just in case this one didn't go well. To my surprise, everything went really well and processes were quick, efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommended, very cheap and affordable.
