I love the staff there in San Marcos,TX

The staff at the counter was slow, with only one person working there. They slowly took their time. The key issue was being told we'd have to pay $90 to pick up the car on time, otherwise, we'd have to wait in line for an hour and a half. In the end, we neither paid nor waited in line.

Overall service is acceptable, but staff quality needs improvement.

The Hertz location was quite unreasonable. They charged us an extra day for arriving just 10 minutes early to complete the paperwork. Fortunately, the Zuzuche platform helped us get a refund for that extra day.

There was no Focus, only smaller cars.

Like: Excellent gas mileage and value for one way from Boston to Chicago.
