Advantage did not have the car we want. They say that their cars are for first come first serve (base on customer that come in), even though I reserved it online. We have to upgrade and pay more for an SUV. Basically they gave us an option which isn't much option to choose from. They say reserving online only lock the price, but doesn't lock the car, which then I don't understand what is the purpose of me spending my time choosing the car for so long, because in the end, the car availability is in correct and it's totally up to what advantage have.

I was angry to be charged for a full tank of gas, only to find out that it was three quarters full when I turned it on, and within 10 miles it had dropped to a half a tank. If I had done that upon return, I would have been charged.

When we returned the vehicle, initially there was no one around to accept our vehicle when we arrived.

Like: Pre booked in advance at good prices. Easy to find and collect the car. Although the car had a few minor knocks and scrapes it was still excellent value for money.
Dislike: Would have been good to have been shown a bit of vehicle navigation to know where everything was. We Arrived late at night after travelling 24 hours.
