The service for both pickup and drop-off was quite good, without a long wait. The staff were all Chinese, which made communication easier. However, the car model is indeed a bit old.
Staff charged me JPY10,000 for after hours pick up.
Charged me JPY12,000 for winter tyres.
Did not provide ETC card however I specifically requested that.

Communication was very smooth, and everything was completed as discussed in advance. They were very understanding during the car return process and didn't insist on exact timing to the minute.
