I forgot to bring my driver's license, yet they offered to: (1) directly change the primary driver on the contract to my son's name, who lives locally, and (2) deliver the car directly to my son at the train station to Rinku Town. This is the first time in my decades of renting cars (close to 90 times) that I’ve come across such exceptional service. Highly recommended!
