Car for rental need to be checked and well prepared for customer.

When got some urgently, cannot contact you via phone call. Customer and local company should have contact channel via others application such as WhatsApp too.

The service was excellent. Due to a mistake by QEEQ and myself, we didn't complete the Armenian border crossing procedures in advance. QEEQ didn't make any note about it either, so we had to inform the rental company ourselves. Fortunately, the rental company worked hard the next morning and completed the paperwork in half a day, allowing us to cross the border and enter Armenia smoothly.

It was a nightmare to get such an old damaged car. The car was soo old. It did not have any pick up. We went to mountain area and the car stopped working. We had got stranded for 12 hours with kids in car. When I informed the supplier. They took Over 14 hours to send me any help. As it was snowfall. We had life torture and spent over 600 euro to stay night and tech to any point of help. I NEED A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION. ELSE I WILL HAVE YO FILE AN OFFICIAL SUIT FOR CHEATING AND GIVING ME UNSAFE CAR TO DRIVE WITHOUT ANY CHECKS.

Originally booked a Toyota Prius, but the staff provided a free upgrade to a Mercedes E350. The car had been thoroughly cleaned, was very clean, had plenty of power, and offered a great driving experience.

The airport pickup was punctual, and they confirmed the return one day in advance via WhatsApp. I had seen comments saying you need to wash the car before returning, but I asked the staff and they said it wasn't necessary, with no additional charges. The deposit was refunded quickly, the very next day. Originally booked a PRIUS, thinking it would be more reliable and a hybrid, but they actually provided a Scion. It had some minor modifications and looked quite stylish. However, due to historical fuel issues, the car had some small problems—the non-power steering made driving a bit tiring. Still, it was a unique experience.

I really appreciate the help and very good service that Mr. George gave to us. He reply immediately when we have question and he is very polite. I highly recommend to rent a car with Surprice Rent A Car, car and service are very good.

There is no dedicated counter, the car was delivered to the parking lot. The staff had a good attitude.

Had the car for just one day, forgot to turn off the lights, and the battery died. The rental company quickly sent someone to resolve it.

The condition of the car when received was worrying, especially since we were renting it for over ten days. 130,000 kilometers, many scratches on the car, the maintenance reminder light was always on, and the left headlight was not functioning.
