Excellent experience, the Taiwanese staff provided great service.

The pick-up and drop-off service is convenient overall. Next time I visit Hokkaido, I’ll rent from this company again.

We got confusing advice on how to precede through the highway toll lanes. Wound up figuring it out by trial and error. The error was stressful!

When picking up the car, there was a slight feeling of being pressured to buy insurance. Returning the car was excellent—due to a miscalculation of time, I didn't refuel the tank fully and it was left half full, yet the rental company didn't make it an issue. They charged for half a tank. Additionally, on the way back to the airport, everything went smoothly, and they didn’t waste any of my time, promptly dropping us off at the airport.

The overall service was excellent, and the efficiency was high as well.
