When returning the car, the service staff is a bit rushing...could be because it's 7:30pm?

The staff was very patient and carefully verified if it was possible to use our own portable child safety seat. At drop-off, a young man with excellent English made communication smooth.

Yes. Got a bigger car. Service was excellent and staff had enough English to make pick up easy and clarify drop off location after our GPS malfunction. I would suggest that the car GPS be updated. Some Hotel locations and points of interest were just not available in the car GPS.

Good platform. Gave us the car we wanted at a competitive price. Much easier than other platforms we looked at and significantly better than direct booking with the larger car companies

The car dispatching was a bit slow, but the staff were friendly and provided clear explanations without pushing insurance sales.
