The store location is not obvious.

Following the address provided on the mobile app of Zuzuche, I dragged my luggage all the way only to find out it was incorrect. Later, the correct address was shown on the printed order. The staff at the store explained that the first address was their old location. Why not standardize this information? The scheduled return time was originally 19:30, but I received a call urging me to return the car earlier. I figured it wouldn’t disrupt my plans, so I agreed to 19:00. When I arrived at the store on time to return the car, the receptionist was indifferent and cold, possibly annoyed because we affected his closing time. But we had originally booked 19:30, so what reason is there to give us attitude? This experience wasn’t very pleasant overall.

Overall pretty good. The key difference for travelers is that having a car versus not having one is like night and day, especially in a vast and sparsely populated country like Russia.

It was okay. Because of the language barrier, my wife did most of the communication. I don't have a strong impression, but it felt alright.

Компания RENTMOTORS превзошла ожидания. Такого быстрого, удобного, доброжелательного, даже какого-то теплого обслуживания не встречала давно. Машинка соответствовала заявленной, 2019 года выпуска - никаких вопросов. В силу разных обстоятельств потребовалось связываться с сотрудниками - очень просто, быстро и удобно. Спасибо компании и лично представителям Дмитрию и Илье, обслуживавшим нас в Калининградском аэропорту.

При возврате не было осмотра автомобиля, не сбросили акт осмотра на почту и пока не вернули деньги, заблокированные на карте

The staff picked us up from the airport and helped us with the procedures. They were very friendly, and the rental deposit was also quite low, only 10,000 rubles. However, the GPS was not very helpful and made us take extra routes, but overall we were satisfied. They picked up the car from the hotel when we returned it.

The address link can only use the built-in map, but it guides you to another location, which is nearly ten kilometers away from the actual rental point! Google Maps cannot be selected!

The car got broken (gear system, no movement), without any cause, and had to be evacuated to a service centre. My day with important appointments was lost. The car has been replaced but it took time and caused inconveniences, including financial ones. My reclamation to Rentmotors stayed without any comment, neither apologies nor any suggestion for compensation.

The service was excellent

Efficiency is relatively low. There's no 24-hour service at the airport and no staff when returning the car, you just leave the keys in a box. Maybe this is the Russian style.
