Good service. The receptionist was a young lady who initially tried to promote their company's insurance. I used a translation app to inform her that I didn't need it, and she didn't insist. I successfully received the car keys.

Pickup and return were very convenient. The service was excellent, and explanations were clear.

Decent car, though fair warning there is significant upswell of insurance at the counter. Guy at the counter straight on lied to my face about many things, such as their cars not having a spare wheel even though it was present when I checked later. Their charges for even minor dents and damages is significant plus they keep adding on extra admin fees if you don’t buy their insurance. I ended up buying the extra insurance though they didn’t seem it make it a choice available to customer.

QEEQ is a great platform to book car rentals. Having the diamond membership opens up a lot of discounts which you can’t get outside.

The pick-up/drop-off point is outside of the airport, but there's a regular shuttle. Shuttle may be overcrowded, so be in advance for the drop-off.

The two staff members were very friendly. One was responsible for reception, and the other prepared the car. They briefly explained the insurance options. After seeing the QEEQ full insurance details, they did not try to upsell. All charges were clearly outlined. During car pickup, two deposits were charged: one for about €2000 as the vehicle deposit, which was refunded on the spot after inspection upon return; and another for €150, which was a prepaid amount for ETC rental and toll fees. This was settled within a month after the car was returned—our settlement took less than 20 days. Both the car pickup and return processes were straightforward. The condition of the car was clearly explained, and pre-existing minor scratches were marked. During return, they conducted a basic check, and as long as there were no major issues, they were not overly picky.

The store heavily promoted insurance and forced the rental of highway equipment.
