I provided a video I had taken as proof of the original condition. The staff then started nitpicking, pointing out another scratch on the wheel rim. After struggling to find another photo on my phone to prove my point, the staff claimed the photo was unclear and intentionally made the process difficult, even though I was rushing to catch a flight. After some extended discussion, they finally said, 'It's ok, you can go.' Today, I received the deposit refund, but 1,100 yuan was deducted. I am currently consulting with the Zuzuche customer service team to follow up and request a fee breakdown.

Since the Invincible model i20 was unavailable, they upgraded us to what seemed to be the domestic Tucson diesel version, 1.6T. It had strong power, excellent fuel efficiency, and a very spacious interior. My wife and kids were comfortable sitting in the back. There was no additional charge for the upgrade. Dropping off the car near Dalaman Airport took just three minutes to enter the terminal, which was very convenient, and the refund of the deposit was processed quickly.

I picked up the car in Antalya and returned it at Dalaman Airport. The process was extremely difficult. The map navigation was incorrect, as some reviews mentioned. I repeatedly confirmed the location with QEEQ customer service, but they still provided the wrong address. We even confirmed with Alamo over the phone, but there was no such place. It was very frustrating. It would have been better if they had admitted they didn't know rather than mislead us. This almost made me miss my flight. Incompetence is one thing, but lying is unacceptable.

It's a good thing we upgraded the insurance because the tire blew out on the second day. Roadside assistance was slow and inefficient, and we had to rely on the hotel staff to contact a nearby repair shop. Remember to keep the receipts for the insurance claim. Although the cost is not a big deal, this kind of issue really wastes vacation time.
