When I arrived, there was only one staff member, and I had to wait in line for over half an hour. They told me the original automatic car was not available, so I had to take a manual car with over 130,000 kilometers on it, which was old and full of scratches. The passenger seat was filthy and stained, and it couldn't be cleaned properly. I lodged a complaint two weeks ago and still haven't received a response.
Unsatisfied, poor communication led to being overcharged and forced into added insurance. The car was in poor condition, the air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and it consumed a lot of oil.
The car had defects that were not recorded by the rental company, so I had to rely on my own photos. When picking up the car, there was a crack at the rear, which I photographed. However, since I picked up the car at the train station and returned it at the airport, the drop-off location directly charged 1800 euros. I had to file a claim to get a refund.
