The car rental process is handled right in the airport arrival hall, which is very convenient and quick. You get the car in the airport's underground parking. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They gave me a brand new 2015 Camry with only 400 miles on it. There are many vehicles to choose from, so you can pick your favorite! It was great! I will choose this company again when I visit Irvine next time. Thank you!
Although I knew we were unable to prepay (which is what I prefer) for this particular booking I was very disappointed that because this is not an “international airport” we had to pay for rental with a credit card verses cash which is not disclosed for this airport. Being international I hate having to pay a service charge for foreign currency on top of my car rental to use a credit card
