When I arrived at the rental company, I told the staff that I had already completed all procedures, including insurance, back in my home country. I didn’t need any additional services. The staff agreed and only asked me to sign the contract without providing me a copy. When I requested one, they said it wasn’t needed. However, upon returning the car, I realized I had been deceived into purchasing an additional insurance for 629.99 RMB. It’s infuriating to see such a large company engage in this kind of dishonesty.
Overall, it's pretty good, but the car pickup process took quite a while. It took about 40 minutes to complete the procedures and another 20 minutes to pick up the key from the back. However, the return process was quick, and there were no unexpected charges. I forgot to bring my physical Chinese driver's license this time, but I successfully picked up the car using the translated version of my electronic driver's license from the 12123 app. Photos of the Chinese driver's license are not accepted, so I advise everyone to be mindful and always carry the physical driver's license whenever possible.

It was a terrible experience, we had to pay in even though we paid the whole rental fee through QEEQ, the car we received was an “upgrade” from them but it was in fact smaller, dirty, smelled and had stains on the seats. They did not even find our booking and didn’t take our booking confirmation email from QEEQ as proof.
The process was very efficient, both pickup and return were quick, but the car provided was an old model without a rearview camera, which was less convenient.
The service attitude was great, no upselling, and the location was easy to find. Returning the car was also smooth. The car was excellent—almost brand new with only 3,200 kilometers on it. A deposit of over 3,000 ZAR was held when I picked up the car; I hope it will be refunded without issues. However, there was one problem: I had booked an automatic car but was given a manual one. At first, I didn’t notice and spent some time trying to figure it out. Only after realizing something was wrong did I return to the office to ask, and they replaced it for me. This kind of issue had never happened to me before.
Very satisfied. The staff at the car rental service were exceptionally friendly. I don’t speak English, but they were very enthusiastic about helping me.
