The car condition was good, and the service was considerate. However, they required the purchase of additional insurance, which was several times more expensive than the rental cost.

The overall service was excellent. I chose full insurance on the platform, so there was no need to purchase extra insurance in-store. However, it's a bit disappointing that it's rare to get the reserved car model.

Average. The car rental company at Monterey Airport neither has a counter nor staff on site. It took a long time to figure out that you have to call them to arrange a pickup. The car provided was different from the one originally selected, and there were issues with the car itself, such as windows not rolling up and the sunroof not working—overall, the condition was mediocre. Additionally, if you forget to refuel, the company will charge extra for it.
