Good car, great service

Do not have any wishful thinking about this company; there is mandatory consumption. Video evidence is available, but what's terrifying is that the staff stated that even if you complain, it won't matter—they don't care about Chinese customers. If you really need to rent a car, avoid renting at the airport; go to the hotel area instead. The airport is full of traps, with no exceptions.

Excellent service with quick pick-up and drop-off processes.

It's unreasonable that the credit card deposit will only be released when the authorization expires, instead of being released immediately.

They added insurance without consulting us, but they eventually removed it at our insistence. Everything else was satisfactory.

When we got there they claimed our car was not available and we would have to pay an additional 10 dollars per day. There were plenty of cars on the lot they could have given us. They said we would not have to return the gas tank full. It was 3/4 full when we got the car. We did return it full anyway because we were suspicious they would charge us extra and didn't want to take the chance.
