Airline problems, caused an inventory issue. Had to wait over an hour for a car. Grabbed a bit to eat, only one place on road/ground side . CLT is never going to be complete. Finally got a vehicle, happy with anything. Exchanged it 24 hours later! Dirty interior windshield, rear seat belt fault, then tire leak. Return to airport, and painless exchange, just an extra 2 hours lost. Wound up with a KIA Soul for 60 days, never was stolen.

We did not get the car we paid for. I paid for a full size vehicle, Nissan Altima and was given a regular size Nissan Sentra. The choices we were given were all mid sized vehicles.

It was confusing to find pick up location if you are not coming from the airport. Tip: Dollar does not accept 3rd party coverage so if anything happens you will get billed then will have to send it to company

I did not pick up the car the representative refuse my card and she was so rude to swipe she said she can only use the chip but not swipe so I took uber so I need refund back as soon as possible

Dislike: Air conditioner struggled a little on really hot days but never got too uncomfortable.

Very disappointed with the car. I paid for an upgrade but got an old car. No facility to screen mirror phone screen on the dash.

Everything else was satisfactory, but I encountered a big problem when picking up the car. I arrived at midnight, and it took two extra hours because they couldn't find the records of my booking with the rental company. Information didn't match up, so I had to pay again. It took a month to get a refund.

Very satisfied, the booking details were provided quickly, and I got the car smoothly.

Return the car with a full tank, but they don't refund the fuel charge. This should be clearly stated in the rental documents, but it wasn't. They said I purchased a service where I could return the car with any amount of fuel. However, the lady at the pickup said I would get a $27 refund, but the final bill charged me $35. This tank of fuel ended up being very expensive since I only spent $21 on refueling. In short, when using the ZUZUCHE app, they recommend buying various things, you should just say 'No' to everything because they will push all kinds of insurance and additional services. Overall, just say no if you don't understand what's being offered.
