Overall, I am satisfied with the service. However, the provided GPS had no sound, and the volume adjustment did not work. Additionally, the car given to me had a minor accident with some damage at the back, but the rental company informed me in advance.
The process was very fast. I just filled out a deposit form for 1000 Euros, checked the car's condition myself, and drove off if there were no issues. Returning the car was also very quick. I was waiting for a bus at the opposite side of the street when the deposit was refunded.
Right next to the gas station, convenient for refueling when returning the car. However, the car's condition was poor. Despite only having 50,000 kilometers, it lacked power. Even in third gear with the pedal to the floor, it only reached 80 km/h on an incline. I was really worried it might not make it up.
