Except for not being cleaned out and no tire for the spare area, the car itself exceeded at my expectations. It ran good. It was spacious, and the car ran well.

I've used 3-4 car rental companies recently, and this one feels great. The car is new, the service is patient, and they provide helpful suggestions. DOLLAR is also good, but the worst company is FOX.

Satisfied, the car replacement process is straightforward.

I've used most of the car rental companies in the U.S., and I've chosen Budget the most because it's cheap and the service is good.

I forgot to take the garage remote when returning the car. After 20 minutes, I went back, and the Budget staff had already taken it to the customer service desk. If you've just left, it's worth going back to check. Calling lost & found and listening to automated prompts can be frustrating!

Great service, got a flat tire, and the store quickly provided a replacement.

Picked up the car on Saturday afternoon, no need to wait in line.
