Missed the return time and went back the next morning. They didn't charge extra and were very polite.

Satisfied

The store is right on the left side of Granada train station, easy to find. The parking lot is on the right side, just a few steps away. They gave us a much larger business van instead of the automatic normal car we had booked. The staff said they had no automatic cars left and offered us either the larger business van or an upgrade to a Mercedes for an additional 50 euros per day. Shouldn't they automatically upgrade us in such situations?! This delayed us a bit. We called QEEQ customer service and after ten minutes of no response, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the store. The staff provided us with a Volkswagen that was just returned and not cleaned. When we returned the car at Sevilla train station, we mentioned that the car was dirty when we received it and were unsure if we would be charged extra, sigh.

Excellent service. There were scratches on the hood due to an accident, but the staff pleasantly said it was fine.

This car had a lot of wear and tear with at least 8 ine items describing them. There was a a persistent whine at when cruising on the motorway, and a disturbing vibration when overtaking on the motorway. The car's warning light for low oil popped up on my drive in to return the car and was alarming.

The service at Granada and Madrid airports was good, and there weren't many people.

The front desk staff is good and answers all questions, but efficiency is too slow. Make sure to allocate enough time for pick-up and drop-off.

I've rented from Europcar many times and have always been satisfied.

Almost everything was doing right, but it was really difficult to find a parking lot in Seville train station. The easyrentcars app described the office of the branch, not the parking lot.
