The staff were quite enthusiastic, although there were some language barriers. At the time of return, I couldn't find the location. Fortunately, a service staff member followed up.
The staff speaks English, but make sure to clarify any questions you have. Don’t be shy! I had some uncertainties, which caused me to spend extra effort figuring things out after returning the car. It’s best to ask about the fuel type beforehand.
It was okay. The Dodge I reserved was unavailable on the day, so they gave me a Grand Cherokee instead. It had 50,000 kilometers on it but was still pretty nice to drive (though it was quite big).
