When you arrive at the Airport, collect your luggage, you may either visit https://pickmeup.eccr.com.au/ or call 1 800 474 258 or (+61) 07 5555 8908 to arrange free shuttle bus pick up. The shuttle service operates until 15 minutes before the regular office closing time.If you miss the last shuttle, please arrange your own transportation to the rental location. Shuttle meeting point instruction: 1. The airport is currently under improvement, so please pay attention to the on-site instructions. Once you have ollected your luggage, exit the terminal building through the nearest exit. 2. Follow the Car Rental Shuttle signs along the black construction fencing. 3. After crossing at the pedestrian crossing, continue down the path toward the café, then turn left toward another pedestrian crossing. Cross there and turn left again into the pick-up bay. 4. You will see a sign labeled "Off-airport Car Rental Pick-up & Drop-off". Our shuttle bus will arrive shortly.

For short-term rentals, I recommend upgrading to an electric vehicle for a great driving experience! They also offer a charging service at a rate of 0.8 per kilowatt-hour, which is fairly acceptable.

Very satisfied, the staff were very patient, much better than my experience with Hertz. I've decided to stick with YesRentalCar for future rentals. The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.
