The rental location's closing time online was listed as 22:00, but when we arrived at 21:00, there was no one there, and we couldn't find the designated car return area. Communication over the phone in Spain was very difficult due to the language barrier. It took us over an hour to sort things out, and in the end, we were charged 9 euros without any clear explanation.
