The service was excellent. Domestic credit cards require six digits, while international ones use four digits. I almost got my card locked, but the front desk staff were very friendly and waited for me patiently.

The car i was provided at pick up was not the same as what I booked online. The car turned out to be dirty and alignment was very wobbly during the first three days of drive. I took the hassle to drive back to Orlando airport to swap the car because I felt very unsafe. Then advantage rent a car gave me another car as replacement, but then the car still not as clean as I expected, and the exterior had quite lots of scratch marks and dents (as photo shown)

We didn't get the car from Europcar as booked but advantage which we'd never heard of! Got hard sell on pre paid toll charge and refuelling. Both were overpriced and and inaccurately sold we we found out after the event.
