Average experience. The rental location is outside the airport. The booking time for the car pickup was 10:00 PM. At 10:15 PM, I called the rental company from the airport, and they said they were already closed. They charged me a $40 service fee to pick up the car. The return location was very difficult to find. The staff who drove me to the airport dropped me off at the car rental center instead, saying they couldn't drop me off at the terminal. It was so frustrating.

The staff had great attitudes, and the car pickup was convenient. The only downside was the forced insurance purchase. When picking up the car, I specifically went back to ask two staff members about it, and they assured me it was fine. So, I decided to proceed with the car rental. However, after returning home, I discovered I was still charged (even though I had purchased QEEQ’s full coverage insurance, which made it unnecessary). After communicating with QEEQ, the store was very cooperative and refunded the charge. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

The wait time for picking up the car was too long. QEEQ doesn't allow advance registration for Fast Break. Budget's prices are relatively affordable, so the wait time tends to be longer. It's recommended to align the car rental time with the flight arrival time, as the wait is typically about half an hour.

The car was very new, with just over 100 kilometers on it. They usually try to sell you a highway toll card here, which is quite expensive. It's actually unnecessary — if you're not in a hurry, you can set the navigation to avoid toll roads and travel completely free. The road conditions are not much different, and the toll roads won’t save you much time.

Extremely poor experience, absolutely terrible!!! Dishonest store, avoid at all costs!!! I arrived at the store with all the required documents, and after waiting for half an hour, they finally finished serving the person ahead of me. It really took them half an hour to handle a single customer—no exaggeration!!! Finally, it was my turn. The staff at the counter (non-white, spoke Spanish, and had heavily accented English that was hard to understand) kept saying my card couldn't be processed and refused to give me the car!!! I had no choice but to call the car rental platform, which led to all sorts of back-and-forth. While the platform's attitude was okay, their service was very slow. I repeatedly handed the phone to the staff at the counter, but the issues persisted—the platform representative couldn't resolve it either!!! After wasting three hours, I suggested returning to the airport to rent from another company, which eventually worked out and I got a car. However, this shady shop refused to refund my money. Then I had to go back and forth with the platform for over a month, and they said they would pay me back first. It was exhausting. I can't believe this store is still listed on the platform—everyone beware!!! That day, it was just me, a 6-year-old child, and a nearly 70-year-old elder traveling. After landing, we wasted several hours dealing with this shady store. To make matters worse, I later discovered my credit card had been fraudulently charged. Truly infuriating!!!

Extremely poor service! Absolutely terrible! Fraudulent store, do not book here under any circumstances! I arrived at the store with all the required paperwork and waited half an hour for the previous customer service request to be completed. It takes half an hour to handle one person—and this is no exaggeration! When it was finally my turn, the store staff (non-white, speaking Spanish, very difficult to understand their English) claimed my card could not be swiped and refused to give me the car! I had to call the rental platform, which led to endless back-and-forth. Although the rental platform was relatively polite, their service was very slow. I had to repeatedly pass the phone to the store representative, but the issues remained unsolved. After wasting three hours, I asked to return to the airport to choose a vehicle from a different rental company, which eventually allowed me to successfully pick up a car. However, this fraudulent store refused to refund me. Following this, I had further disputes with the rental platform for over a month, during which they claimed they had advanced the refund to me. Utterly frustrating! This store is still available on the rental platform, so everyone must be cautious! That day, I was traveling alone with a six-year-old child and an elderly person nearly seventy years old. After landing, I wasted several hours dealing with this scam. To make matters worse, after returning home, I discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card. Truly incomprehensible and infuriating!

The location was hard to find, and the rental place was messy and disorganized. When returning the car, they asked us for a GPS device we never rented. Everyone should be cautious with Victory America Rent a Car (local rental company). The staff, mostly Latinos, display a very poor attitude. There are traps everywhere with their upselling packages. If any issues arise during the rental process, you are likely to be scammed or threatened with hefty compensation, causing endless anxiety and distress. Choose a major rental company, and definitely avoid this one!

Buyer beware, pay the extra $25-$50 for a better company because you get what you pay for. Our car was dented, scratched, & dinged. It vibrated when we were on the freeway and the brakes were bad. The headlights were broken, only the running lights worked on the vehicle. There were warnings about the airbags and tires. We were charged an additional $6.99 per day for using our own auto insurance! This was an additional fee tacked on after we already prepaid for the vehicle and were told we would owe nothing further. We were the only customers in the building, yet it took 50 minutes to get our busted up vehicle with over 85,000 miles on it. We were in a hurry; having landed in Miami at 9:35 AM, we thought a 3:00 PM reservation in the Keys would be a non-issue, but in addition to all the other things that went wrong with this reservation, the car was also given to us with just a quarter tank of gas, so we had to make an additional stop. Do not use this company.

The staff was unavailable at pick up. The only person there spoke no English. When the country person arrived, she only spoke a little English. After spending 1/2 hour trying to figure out the computer (and texting on her phone throughout the entire process) we got in our way. We told them we were dropping it off at 5:00AM on 9/9 but no one was there at the location. They ended up directing us to drop it off at the airport WITH THE KEYS IN IT!!! I will never use that company again. I will also reconsider using easy rent cars to avoid getting stuck with them again.

I would never use Colusa again. I got a good price online for my rental in Miami. When I got to the counter they did not want me to use my own insurance, even though I had all my insurance info. arguably they gave it to me after putting down a $2500 deposit. I also had to purchase the sun pass for $105. even though I did not need it. they said its company policy. I did not see that anywhere on the rental agreement. The car was very poor. The worst I have ever rented. It was dirty, covered in dents. I had to clean the windscreen to be able to drive it. One of the doors did not lock and the general condition of the car was terrible. On picking up it was all about up selling extra insurance and scaring you into buying it. Taken in a van that backed up into a garage in a seedy area with bars on the windows. Then wanted to leave our luggage in the back of the van while we were escorted into the office. They wanted to charge my credit card an extra $2000 in case of damage (not a hold, but a charge). Also they wanted me to get a toll transponder fee of $9.99/day. If not, then they would charge $25 for each and every “pay by plate” toll incurred. The manager spoke no English. The clerk spoke English but was new and had to call him for every step of the transaction. I had enough, cancelled and went back to to the airport to rent with Hertz. It was a total waste of an hour and as two females traveling, a scary experience. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this rental option. And I am out the approximate $20 deposit. Horrible company that misrepresents their fees by offered low rental costs.

Al llegar nos dijeron de comprar un seguro con ellos porque el que teniamos no nos cubria totalmente y que teniamos franquicia de 10.000$. When I picked up the car I was asked to pay a $500 charge inclusion surpass and a deposit on the surpass. At pickup the man told me that the deposit would be returned in 20 days. I was also told that the device to pay the deposit was broken and I would need to pay in cash. I said that I did not have that amount in cash. The next day a charge was on my credit card for the amount. I contacted them today for the credit and in a limited conversation was told that it was now 45 days to receive the credit. I am very concerned with the policies of this company.

I don't write trashy reviews for places and I don't intend for this to be one. I would just like for you to be aware of what you are getting when you book with Economi Cars. First of all, our car was almost brand new, spotlessly clean, and excellent on gas. After that was surprises. On our rental confirmation we had paid for all taxes, fees, etc and amount due at pickup was $0. When we arrived at the airport we went to find the Free Shuttle. There wasn't one. I tried several phone numbers and finally got ahold of a gentleman. I told them who I was and that I was needing a shuttle. He hung up on me. Soon I got a phone call from a lady wondering what I needed. I explained and she said that she would be right over. After about 30 minutes she did come and pick us up. We were taken to a building where we went through a few locked doors and up a flight of stairs. We got to a large empty office and the paperwork was taken care of. Then I was asked for my credit card to pay $200 in charges. I should have known from the start that this place has no regard for customers, as they had me waiting outside in the sun and heat for over an hour past the pick-up time, untill someone finally arrived to open up the office. Once inside, rather than just collecting the basic information, since everything was already paid through the booking app, they presented me with a bill that included taxes and fees I had already paid, plus an imposed charge for insurance and sunpass tolls, after already mentioning I did not need. Upon reviewing all the charges and double checking the terms and fees I agreed to on the app, I immediately called customer service and told them this rental place was trying to force me to pay additional money to rent me the vehicle. Customer service prompted to call and speak directly with the owner of the rental company to let him now that I had already payed for the rental and that he was breaking the terms of their agreement by charging and imposing fees on top of what I had already paid through the app. After they hung up, the customer service rep called me back to reassure me that everything was taken care of and that the owner agreed to not charge any additional money. I was very relieved to hear that and proceed to wait for the owner and agent to rectify the paperwork. After waiting over 30 minutes, they finally presented me with the paperwork, but as I looked it over I quickly realized that the charges were not gone, and now trying to manipulate me out of my deposit, which rather than being placed on the deposit line, was now placed under "sumpass charges" and tried to cleverly shift the numbers around and place a credit to disguise the fact. I immediately called this to their attention, and the owner aggressively snatched it from my hands and ripped it up and then proceeded to kick me out and threatened to call the police on me for trespassing. This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

it's not possible to call green motion for airport pick up. I called and waited 2.5hours with the intention of letting them know that we are arriving late but no one picked up the phone. No one picked up the phone either when I call for pick up at airport. We just have to wait at the airport for a bus to come around. This could prove detrimental if we were to arrive late at night. I told counter staff about this issue but they were not interested.

The Green Motion customer service rep tried to push us into agreeing to $90 SunPass purchases, claiming that if we didn't assent, that we'd be privy to hundreds of dollars in fines for unpaid Miami area toll fees. We recognize that this was likely not this employee's fault (that rather, it was the company policy), but we will not be renting from Green Motion again. Trying to bully customers into such an item just to raise money is unethical, especially when our total toll road expenses for the car rental period were only $6.80 per vehicle (plus the $5 cost of the transponders we purchased at Walgreen's on our own).,

I could not see the car that they were supposed to rent me. They have no cars parked there. The offices are not professionally installed, no counter, no AC on the premises. The pickup was complicated, there was no desk to check in from the airport. We had to have another rental company call HP for us. They showed up in twice the estimated arrival time. The car they gave us had not been washed and the windows and mirrors were filthy, I had to stop at a gas station to clean them so I could drive safely. The insurance that I have for rental cars was not one of their "partner insurance" companies, so I had to pay extra each day for liability, which is a joke seeing as it shouldn't matter which company sends you a check for damages. They also said there would be a $20 charge each time I use a toll road + the toll road fees unless I paid them 5$ per day extra. This place is a scam and a rip off, I'm going with the big name companies next time.

I declined their additional insurance on the vehicle because my Visa Platinum card covers all car rentals which I've used at any other car company in the past with no issues. I even printed out the car insurance policy from Visa on paper and showed it to the woman at the front counter and she refused to accept that I already had insurance. She refused to honor my reservation because I declined there additional $30 a day rental car insurance. ACO car rentals is a complete scam and should be out of business due to fraud. I was left stranded and had to take an Uber from Miami to Fort Lauderdale I am extremely unhappy.
