Fabulous car wish I could have taken it home with me

Before renting, I heard that Budget is a small company with inconvenient service and poor car conditions. However, there are limited options in Little Rock, and the price was attractive, so I took a risk. The experience turned out to be excellent, with good car condition and smooth pickup and drop-off processes.

I originally booked a Camry, but they gave me a Nissan instead. Although it was a bit smaller, it was very new, having only driven over 20,000 kilometers! The handover with the African-American woman was quick.

The lady at the pickup counter was making a private phone call. Did not talk to me much, and the only question she asked was "who is your insurance". After that "go to the parking lot". Very unprofessional, I would say. And as per Dollar-headquarters, I was upgraded without my consent because the car that I reserved was not available, meaning additional fees were added without my consent.
