Overall, it's decent. However, the rental insurance purchased through QEEQ was not recognized by the store, so I had to buy the $25 per day collision damage waiver instead.
I recently picked up cars at Rowland Heights twice, and both times they didn't have the model I booked. Only electric vehicles were available, so I was forced to pay extra to upgrade to a higher-level model. Especially last month, I booked a morning pickup, but the staff told me I had to pay extra to upgrade or wait until the afternoon for the model I booked. I needed the car urgently, so it was very frustrating.
